PREMIUM PLAN

We hope it doesn’t occur, but in those rare instances where an emergency arises, “in the middle of the night”, ShortStay will be a phone call away to be your eyes and ears. Making arrangements to restore your home to an acceptable status to protect your interests - this is part of the Premium Plan. We find that clients prefer to have “feet on the street” that are familiar with their property.

Liaison between contractors/technicians/cleaners and homeowner to coordinate house projects. If the work is done through ShortStay, there is no service charge for accompanying personnel.

Typical Services Include: Deep Cleaning, Painting, Drywall Repair, Carpentry, General Plumbing, Minor Electrical, Minor Landscaping, Deck Painting/Repair, Pressure Washing, Appliance Install, Hot Water Tank Flush, Dryer Vent Cleaning

Before storm prep: making sure that windows, storm panels, outdoor furniture and other items are secure before the weather situation escalates.

After storm assessment: reporting damage, general condition, and other things that are necessary to return property to “normal”.

Responding to alarms or other events at your property that may require an on-site assessment.

Major deliveries require coordination that we can arrange, including on-site presence. We know the challenge of being told the delivery will be some time “between 8 A.M. and noon”! We can be the contact, so you do not have to worry.
