CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Typically 1 to 2 days, depending on size of property, ideal for an annual or semi-annual refresh! Not only do we clean baseboards and crown molding meticulously, we check everything in the home and make sure there is no dust on blinds, refrigerators are absolutely and impeccably sanitized, rust stains in sinks and other areas are removed, and everything in the home is checked to make sure it works! The list is extensive and the final report also spells out areas that require attention (e.g. paint is chipped, repairs, whether doors and hardware are worn, furniture is not in tip-top shape, etc). WE TAKE DEEP CLEANING TO THE NEXT LEVEL - something that just cannot be done in 4 hours in and out.

Limited openings for housecleaning. We make sure that the home is properly prepared for the next guest, laundry is cleaned/exchanged, and any damage is noted with suggestions or a plan on addressing based on critical nature of issue(s).

Includes window cleaning, light bulb replacements, smoke detector battery changes, ceiling fan installs, deck staining, painting (major and minor), etc.

Thought we cannot be all things to all people? We can handle “pre-arrival” prep to make your stay or guest stay great! This includes services such as transportation arrangement, grocery and welcome gift delivery before arrival, etc.

Major deliveries require coordination that we can arrange, including on-site presence. We know the challenge of being told the delivery will be sometime “between 8 and noon”! We can be the contact so you don’t have to worry.
