Walton County passed an ordinance that requires some owners of short-term rentals to meet specific compliance requirements.
In response, ShortStay Guardians offers a package that provides our clients a break from having to take on yet another laborious activity.
Our Compliance Package includes all of the following:
Initial Review: You receive a list of everything that is required to comply. (within 2 days)
Address Gaps: We take care of it all (e.g. no fire extinguisher or appropriate signage/placards, etc.) (typically within 5 days)
Complete Filing: We will handle the filings to the extent we can (sometimes may require owner to participate) (within 3 days)
Optional 24 x 7 Local Contact: You can use ShortStay Guardians as your official contact.
Communications: County has updates to the ordinances, regulations, and other policies. We continuously monitor and share with you, so you are not caught off guard.
