As locals of the Emerald Coast we are available to meet with you when you are in town. We are your “feet on the street”, maintaining your vacation rental in tiptop condition to protect your investment .

MEET THE TEAM

Meet the Team

  • Claudia

    Claudia has a strong foundation in bilingual relations, organization and coordination of services. She has invested and managed multiple rental properties in the Northern Virginia and the Santa Rosa area. Claudia took the leap and today lives on 30A full-time. She manages our team's operations, and is our primary Home Advocate. As ShortStay Guardians expands, she continues to scale the business by training new advocates and developing new systems for the team.

  • Ingrid (Astrid)

    Ingrid, (aka Astrid), has a breadth of experience in Real Estate investments and remodeling. She is a Linguist and a Commerce Interpreter (English, Spanish, Italian, French). As a Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker, she brings extensive knowledge in property management, short-term rental maintenance and has expanded in multiple business opportunities.

    Having lived in multiple countries, she identifies with many cultures and backgrounds in business development. Today, she is an active member of the 30A community, and also serves in multiple missions that aid in changing lives in the neighboring counties.

  • Sanjay

    Sanjay handles back-office activities including website updates, merchant account solutions, and other exciting activities. By education, he holds a BS from Case Western Reserve University, and an MBA/MS from Carnegie Mellon University.
